Quiniela 2026 ("the App") is a FIFA World Cup 2026 prediction game. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.
1. Data We Collect
Account Information (via Google Sign-In)
- Display name — shown on leaderboards and in groups
- Email address — used for account identification
- Profile photo URL — displayed as your avatar in the app
App-Generated Data
- Match predictions — the scores you predict for each match
- Group memberships — which prediction groups you've joined or created
- Leaderboard scores — points calculated from your prediction accuracy
- Badges and streaks — achievements earned through app activity
Device Data
- Push notification token — used to deliver match reminders, prediction deadlines, and leaderboard updates to your device
2. How We Use Your Data
All data is used solely for app functionality:
- Authentication — verifying your identity via Google Sign-In
- Core features — storing predictions, calculating scores, populating leaderboards
- Social features — displaying your name and avatar in groups and leaderboards
- Notifications — sending timely alerts about upcoming matches, prediction deadlines, and score updates
We do not use your data for:
- Advertising or ad targeting
- User tracking or profiling
- Sale to third parties
- Analytics beyond basic app functionality
3. Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party services as data processors:

These services process data on our behalf and are contractually obligated to protect it. No data is shared with third parties for their own purposes.
4. Data Storage and Security
- All user data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore) with encryption at rest and in transit
- Firebase Security Rules restrict data access to authenticated users and their own records
- We do not store passwords — authentication is delegated entirely to Google Sign-In
5. Data Retention
- Your data is retained for as long as your account exists
- Prediction and score data may be retained in anonymized/aggregated form after account deletion for leaderboard integrity
6. Account Deletion
You can request full deletion of your account and associated data by:
- Going to Profile > Settings > Delete Account within the app
- Emailing sortiz@laborchestrator.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request"
Upon deletion, we will remove your personal data (name, email, photo URL, push token) within 30 days. Anonymized aggregate scores may be retained.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your account and data
- Export your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent for data processing

9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes through the app or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
