These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Quiniela 2026 ("the App"), a free football match-prediction game. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. The Service
Quiniela 2026 is a free game for entertainment. You predict the scores of football matches and earn points based on the accuracy of your predictions. Points determine your position on global and private-group leaderboards.
The App is not a gambling, betting, or wagering service. There is no entry fee, no real-money wager of any kind, and no prizes of monetary value. Points and rankings are for entertainment and bragging rights only.
2. No Official Affiliation
Quiniela 2026 is an independent application. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with any official tournament, league, federation, governing body, team, or broadcaster. All team names and related references are used for identification purposes only.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement and that you are able to form a binding agreement under applicable law.
4. Your Account
- You sign in using Google, Apple, or phone-number authentication. You are responsible for keeping access to your sign-in method secure.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate information (such as your display name) and not to impersonate others.
5. Acceptable Use
When using the App, you agree that you will not:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
- Attempt to manipulate scores, leaderboards, or the prediction system through automation, exploits, or multiple accounts;
- Use offensive, hateful, harassing, or infringing content in display names, group names, or invite codes;
- Disrupt, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its backend services;
- Harass or abuse other users within prediction groups.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you create (such as your predictions, display name, and group names). You grant us a limited license to store and display that content as needed to operate the App — for example, showing your name and predictions on leaderboards and within your groups.
7. Predictions and Match Data
Match schedules, live scores, and results are sourced from third-party data providers. We make reasonable efforts to keep this information accurate and timely, but we do not guarantee it is error-free. Predictions lock at the scheduled kickoff time; once locked, they cannot be changed. Scoring is calculated automatically based on final results.
8. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, logos, text, and software, is owned by the developer and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App without permission.
9. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that match data and scoring will always be accurate.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App.
11. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account via Profile > Settings > Delete Account or our Account Deletion page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in the developer's place of residence.
